With YANA Healthcare, you can enjoy significant savings. Medications on our covered list are provided for free, eliminating out-of-pocket expenses. Additionally, doctor visits for primary care, urgent care, and mental health are fully covered. If you currently lack insurance, you can save on medications, doctor visits, and therapy visits. Does YANA share my health information with my employer?

Absolutely Not! YANA is committed to maintaining the utmost confidentiality of your health information. We DO NOT share any of your health data with your employer or coworkers. Your privacy is our top priority, and we have implemented extensive security measures, including HIPAA-compliant safeguards, to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your health information. How many visits are included in my membership?

The number of visits included in your membership is determined by the specific package selected by your employer. During sign-up, you will be informed about the allocated number of visits available to you. These visits encompass a range of healthcare services, including those for mental healthcare, therapy, primary care, and urgent care. Any visits beyond the allotted number specified in your package will incur additional charges. These charges will be applied on a per-visit basis and will be the responsibility of the member.

Can YANA's virtual primary care providers prescribe medication?

Yes, YANA's board-certified physicians can prescribe medication when deemed necessary for your treatment. If prescribed, our partner pharmacy will send medication directly to your doorstep - free of charge.

How do I schedule an appointment for virtual primary care?

A provider will then review your form and reach out to you for your session.

Medication FAQs

How do I know if my prescribed medication is included in my membership?

You can easily determine the eligibility of your prescribed medication by referring to our comprehensive formulary. The formulary contains a list of medications that are covered in your membership. Additionally, our support team is available to assist you in confirming the eligibility of your prescribed medication.  If the medication is not included in our formulary, you will be charged extra for the medication.

How many medication shipments are included in my membership?

Your membership includes one medication shipment per month as part of our service. However, should you require more frequent deliveries or additional medications beyond the monthly shipment, those would be considered outside the standard coverage. In such cases, any extra medications and associated delivery costs will be your responsibility, requiring payment out-of-pocket. How are the medications packaged for delivery?

We prioritize the privacy and protection of your medications. All medications are securely and discreetly packaged to ensure confidentiality and safeguard their integrity during transit. Our packaging adheres to industry standards and regulations to guarantee the safe delivery of your medications to your doorstep.

What should I do if I have to change my prescription or need to add a new medication?

If you have to make any changes to your prescription or need to add a new medication to your regimen, please setup a new appointment with your provider. They will assist you in updating your information and ensuring a seamless transition for your medication delivery. Our goal is to accommodate your evolving healthcare needs and provide you with the utmost convenience throughout the process.

What is the estimated delivery time for the medications?

The estimated delivery time for medications is typically within 3-5 business days after the prescription is processed. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as your location and external shipping circumstances. Our delivery service strives to ensure timely delivery, and you will receive updates and notifications regarding the progress of your medication delivery.

Is the medication delivery service available nationwide?

Yes, our medication delivery service is available nationwide, ensuring access to convenient medication delivery regardless of your location within the country. Whether you reside in urban or rural areas, our delivery network is designed to reach you with ease and efficiency.

Who is YANA's Partner Pharmacy?

YANA's partner pharmacy is GoGoMeds - a cloud-based pharmacy utilizing technology to provide patients with convenient and affordable quality medications at their fingertips and delivered to their door. They are accredited by VIPPS® as a full-service pharmaceutical technology company licensed and authorized to do business in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. They are located at 525 Alexandria Pike, Suite 100, Southgate, KY 41071 and their phone number is (888)795-5826. If you have any questions directed to a pharmacist, please feel free to contact GoGo Meds directly and they will be happy to help. If you choose YANA’s partner pharmacy, they will ship your medication for free. You can always use your own pharmacy, but you may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

What happens if there are delays in the delivery of my medications?

We understand the importance of receiving your medications on time. In the rare event of any delivery delays, our dedicated support team will proactively communicate with you to provide updates and make necessary arrangements to ensure the prompt delivery of your medications. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
